We provide a gas stove, refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher as well as a full-size washer and dryer.
We do not offer furnished apartments.

No, it does not cost anything to take a tour with us.
We recommend making appointments to guarantee that we have a dedicated time to tour you around the property and answer all of your questions, but you are welcome to walk-in and take a tour as well.

We have a Cancellation Premium that you can pay at the time you give your move-out notice. The cost of the Cancellation Premium will vary from unit to unit.
Our community is close to New Market Square, which is a major food and shopping center in the Maize Area.

We have two dog parks in the Wichita area, both are about 20-30 minutes away from us.
There are wider sidewalks for a run/bike trail right across the street from us and multiple gravel travels throughout the city.
New Market Square is quite popular, which is about 10 minutes away.
We have a Starbucks right up the road from us in New Market Square, about 10 minutes away.
