MAINTENANCE AND REPAIRS
Yes, our community provides on-site maintenance services. We also offer 24-hour emergency maintenance services provided by our technicians who live on-site. This ensures our residents have a comfortable, worry-free living experience.
Submit a work order by using your online Resident Portal to request a repair. For after-hours emergencies, call the office and follow the prompts to our emergency maintenance. Click here to log into your Resident Portal.
You are not required to be present during maintenance visits unless you prefer to be.
Yes, we do provide emergency on-call maintenance services. Our team is available 24/7 to address any urgent issues that may arise. Please don't hesitate to contact the office and follow the prompts to reach our emergency maintenance line.

Unfortunately we do not offer longer leases or give out discounts if the rent is all paid for upfront.
You will have to pay a new Security deposit at the new community.
No, you will not be able to sub lease your apartment.
We have a Cancellation Premium that you can pay at the time you give your move-out notice. The cost of the Cancellation Premium will vary from unit to unit.

Certainly! We offer apartment transfer options both within our on-site community and to our sister communities. If you're interested in relocating to a different apartment or community, please reach out to our leasing team, and they will provide you with the necessary information and guide you through the transfer process.
No, we do not permit advertising your apartment home on websites like Airbnb or Vrbo. Our rental agreements strictly prohibit subleasing or short-term rentals through these platforms. If you have any questions about your lease agreement, contact our management team.
MOVING IN AND MOVING OUT
We provide a thorough redecoration process that includes repainting and deep cleaning including carpeted areas, and repairs to ensure a move-in-ready home for our residents. It's part of our commitment to providing the best move-in experience possible.
We encourage our residents to make their apartments feel like home by hanging pictures, mounting TVs, painting walls, or decorating with other personal touches. If you would like to decorate your apartment, please return it to its original condition/color prior to move out.
If you need to break your lease, an Early Termination Fee, which varies based on your lease agreement, is required. This fee is due at the time you give your written move-out notice.

Great apartment complex. I moved into the newest building and had a few electrical issues. Maintenance was quick to figure out and fix the issue and I was reimbursed for my troubles. My apartment is spacious, clean, and in a great location. I love the apartment gym / pool and use them often. On holidays I will find goodie bags on my door and I love that. Love it here. The property is always clean including the pool and workout room. The apartments are the cleanest I have ever moved into. I love my third story view. Lastly the safety!! I feel so safe at this complex. They are always doing fun give aways. They also don't make it impossible to move into like I found with other apartments in the area.
